مدیرعامل دنیای ماموت مؤمنی اظهار کرد: «دنیای ماموت هر چند سالی یک‌بار یک نوآوری برای راحتی و ایمنی بیش تر راننده ها انجام می دهد. رانندگی خودروهای سنگین جزو مشاغل سخت بوده و امروز این صنف نیز در حال عبور از دنیای سنتی به عصر دیجیتالی‌ست. عبور از این مرحله دو اثر مهم دارد که یکی ایمنی و رفاه بیش تر راننده و دیگری امکان استفاده از تکنسین برای کنترل هوشمند و آنلاین ناوگان حمل بار شرکت هاست.»

وی در خصوص اولین تریلر هوشمند توضیح داد: «شرکت شتاب تک به عنوان بازوی اصلی ماموت در سرمایه گذاری در زمینه تکنولوژی ها و نوآوری ها، یک رویداد استارتاپی را در سال ۱۳۹۸ برگزار کرد که دز بین ۸۰ شرکت کننده، ایده شرکت مشاوران سیستم به عنوان ایده برتر انتخاب شد که نتیجه آن تأسیس شرکت شتاب سیستم با همکاری شتاب تک بوده است. اولین اقدام و گام مهم این شرکت، هوشمندسازی تریلرها و تولید تریلر هوشمند بوده که همین تریلر هوشمند دنیای ماموت نیز ایده همین شرکت بوده که به لطف دنیای ماموت اجرایی شده است. در ادامه هم قرار است همین هوشمند سازی ها برای کشنده ها، کامیون ها و پیکاپ ها نیز اجرا شود که فعلاً در مرحله تحقیق و توسعه است.»

مدیرعامل دنیای ماموت درباره ویژگی‌های محصول جدید شرکت خود گفت: «تریلر هوشمند امکان مسیریابی و هواشناسی، کنترل ارتفاع تریلی به همراه امکان ذخیره سازی، امکان موقعیت یابی آنلاین، مانیتورینگ دما و رطوبت یخچالی به همراه امکان آلارم دهی، نمایش دما و میزان فشار باد تایرها، تعیین سرویس‌های دوره ای به همراه آلارم دهی، نمایش میزان وزن بار تریلر و نحوه توزیع وزن بار روی اکسل‌‌ها و کنترل محور اول را دارد. تمامی‌این قابلیت‌‌ها برای اولین بار است که روی یک تریلر در بازار ایران لحاظ می‌شود و همه این امکانات به وسیله یک وب اپلیکیشن از روی یک تلفن همراه هوشمند یا هر وسیله دیگری قابل کنترل است.»

در ادامه‌ بشیری مدیر عامل شتاب سیستم مواردی را در خصوص تریلر هوشمند ارائه کرد.

بشیری گفت: «این دستگاه کمتر از یک کیلوگرم وزن دارد و این وزن در مقایسه با تقریبا 8 تن وزن تریلر قابل مقایسه نیست. در مورد بحث هوشمندسازی، از اینجا آغاز می‌کنم که شتاب تک به عنوان بازوی اصلی ماموت در سرمایه‌گذاری در تکنولوژی و نوآوری‌ها، طی یک رویداد استارتاپی که سال 1398 برگزار کرد، از بین 80 شرکت‌کننده، ایده شرکت مشاوران سیستم را به عنوان ایده برتر انتخاب کرد و این اتفاق، تاسیس شرکت شتاب سیستم جهانی با همکاری شتاب‌تک و مشاوران سیستم جهت توسعه و تکمیل طرح مذکور را به همراه داشت. کاری که این شرکت در رابطه با هوشمندسازی استارت زده، بحث تریلر هوشمند و هوشمندسازی تریلرهاست. همین هوشمندسازی را ما برای کشنده‌ها، کامیون‌ها و پیکاپ‌ها نیز در نظر گرفته ایم و حتی بحث کشنده را در حال تحقیق و توسعه و رساندن به نتیجه هستیم اما از آنجایی که فعلا تست‌های نهایی را پاس نکرده، در نمایشگاه فعلا در مورد آن بحث نمی‌کنیم.»

 

وی تاکید کرد: «نکته ای که در مورد این هوشمندسازی باید مورد توجه قرار بگیرد این است که تنها محدود به GPS و مکان‌یابی نیست؛ فرمان‌‌ها و عملگرهایی که روی این سیستم کار شده، به عنوان مثال یک کاربر با اپلیکیشنی که روی گوشی هوشمند دارد، می‌تواند با زدن یک دکمه نسبت به بالا یا پایین بردن محورها اقدام کند و دیگر نیازی نباشد که بخواهد از یک سری قطعات مکانیکی برای آن استفاده کند. پس یکی از مهمترین بحث هایی که در مقوله هوشمندسازی مطرح می‌شود این است که این سیستم به عنوان یک عملگر کار می‌کند و ورای آن، اتصال سیستم به مدولاتور است و در واقع می‌شود به وسیله کمباس می‌توانیم تمامی‌اطلاعات تریلر را بصورت آنلاین در مدیریت حمل و نقل ببینیم.»
